WHO WE ARE
The DeepCwind Company (DCW) was established in 2016 to provide floating technology, design, and co-development expertise to advance commercial offshore wind markets.
DCW is partnered with the University of Maine to commercialize and provide design services for its floating offshore wind technologies worldwide including its concrete VolturnUS + damped cruciform barge, VolturnUS semi-submersible, and innovative mooring solutions.
With more than 15 years of floating offshore wind design expertise, our team of 40+ engineers, project managers, and naval architects is ready to support your project. The DCW team has deployed two floating grid-connected wind turbines, completed multiple FEEDs, received 3rd party design and technology qualifications. and has co-developed projects with leading developers.
